Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We offer returns and refunds only in case the customer receives a damaged or defective product. The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof of the package opening.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES
We offer size exchanges only within India. International orders are not eligible for exchange.

For size exchange:

  • The customer must send the product back at their own cost

  • Once we receive the product, we will dispatch the requested size at our cost


REFUNDS
We generally do not offer refunds. Refunds are only processed in case of damaged or defective products.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund.
